The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Good choice at breakfast and the food was tasty. A convenient walking distance from Victoria Station and by tube to central London. A decent room price for London.

Location was great, very close to Pimlico station and a short walk to Victoria station. You can easily walk to Tate Britain and if you're willing walk a bit to you can walk to Battersea Power Station as well. There's also a bus stop near by which can take you to Camden in single hop, SWR station near MI6, which you can take to go to Windsor Station is also walk-able from here.

The staff were wonderful - alex this morning - I had a medical issue- he was very helpful and understanding - he should get a raise and be employee of the month!! I was so impressed that nothing was too much for him- along with little alexa I was grateful for the fan

Location (I love Belgrave road), the room felt warm and cosy. A bit more spacious in comparison to other Belgrave road hotels.. Good to work in with the table and chair. Staff warm. Nice padding to cushion noises

Great location, just a few minutes away from the Pimlico tube station. I love staying in this area as it is very easy to get to a lot sights, museums, theatres, etc... Good breakfast and lunch options in the area. The hotel room was small (like everywhere in London if you don't want to spend a fortune), but comfortable, good bed, good pillow, even a table and a chair! You could leave the luggage at the reception before check-in or after check-out.

Great location. Reasonably quiet, having a room along the front of the hotel. The road is not too busy. Nice staff and a comfortable bed. Not far from Pimlico tube station, and there's a rack of Santander bikes close by. Victoria Station is 5 mins walk, or you can be at Parliament Square within a few minutes on foot too.

The staff was very kind and welcoming. Some guests mentioned that the soundproofing wasn’t great. That wasn’t our experience, maybe because we were on the ground floor, but we hardly heard anything. Great location, right next to a bus station or just a 7-minute walk from the Victoria line. The hotel is also 15-20 minutes away from tourist attractions.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is very good,10min walk from Victoria station. Pimplico underground station just 4min away. Lots of restaurants around. The neighborhood seems quiet and safe. The room was a bit small but I only had two nights booked so it worked. The bed was very comfortable.

Room was very good clean and comfortable. The fan provided worked very well when needed. The bed was comfortable and the shower good. The staff were warm and friendly. Good location for that part of London within walking distance of Victoria station and parliament. Good local pubs, shops etc just around the corner.

The hosts were very friendly, giving us a choice of a bottom floor or upper floor room, they even offered to look after our baggage on last day after we vacated our room. Very clean, comfortable hotel, only 5 minutes walk to tube station.
